Refunds

If you want to return an item you must do so within 14 days from date of delivery. Items delivered more than 14 days ago can not be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only items purchased on teolaihome.com can be returned for a refund. Please contact info@teolaihome.ie for our returns form.  

2. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the products back to Teolaí Home.

3. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Teolaí Home to process any refund.  Please email info@teolaihome.ie with your intention to return a product, so that our team can assist you with a smooth transaction.

4. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Teolaí Home.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item please follow the standard returns policy outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of the item.  You are free to order another item on teolaihome.ie

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
